Vouchers - T&Cs
We have a few terms and conditions for our gift vouchers:
We treat the vouchers like cash - this means we are happy to accept “lunch” vouchers at dinner and vice versa, and you can apply “dinner for two” to a table of four.
This does also mean however that if our prices go up in the future, it is only the purchase value of the voucher that will be applied to the bill. In other words, if you bought a voucher for £105 and our menu price later goes up to £115, the voucher holder would need to pay the £10 difference on the night.
The vouchers have a 12 month time limit and this is strictly adhered to, and cannot be extended.
Vouchers can be transferred to a friend if they cannot be used within the time limit.
It is helpful (but not essential) if the voucher code is quoted in the text box at the end of the reservations process. If not, please let us know on arrival if you have a voucher - please don’t wait until the bill lands on the table.
Service charge and any extra drinks will be applied to the bill, unless the voucher explicitly states these are included.
We can always accommodate pescatarian and vegetarian customers but please do read our Food & Drink page if the voucher holder has any allergies or dietary requirements. Note that there are some dietary requirements that we cannot accommodate at all.
