We have a couple of specific rules about bookings of nine people or more. Please note these rules are strictly adhered to and we don’t bend them.

Cancellation window is 48 hours - so if you cancel with 47h30m notice, you will be charged £40pp.

Reductions in party size within that last 24 hours are charged at £40pp - so if for example you book for 15 and then change that to 13 at 23h30m notice, you will be charged £80.

Reductions in party size that aren’t advised until arrival are charged at £60pp - so if for example you book for 15 and only 13 of you turn up and you haven’t told us until you get here, that’s £120.

Reservation dates cannot be changed within the last 48 hours - this would be treated as a cancellation and charged accordingly.

Sorry if this all sounds draconian but you’d be amazed at what some customers do!
